Context 背景
"dinlab" is an interactive online design education platform. This Newcomer Gift Set is designed to enhance communication within the company and establish a sense of belonging and unique company culture.
dinlab 是一个互动的在线设计教育平台。这套新人礼品套装是为了加强公司内部的交流,建立归属感以及创建独一无二的的公司文化而设计的。

With the theme of "Start a journey of discovery", I designed dinlab's new gift packs in the form of luggage, luggage strips (stickers), boarding passes, passports and other objects that we usually use during travel.

Four colours are representing departments in the company. Hot pink for "New Media"-popularity. Warm yellow for "Operation"-enthusiasm. Green for "Branding"-elegant. Blue for "Design"-creative & logical.
礼包设计中的四种颜色分别代表了公司的各个部门。粉色代表 "新媒体部门"对应热度。黄色代表 "运营部门"对应热情。绿色代表 "品牌部门"对应优雅。蓝色代表 "设计部门"对应创造性和逻辑性。

The package is inspired by luggage cases. Coupled with the sticker design in the form of a luggage sticker outside of the package I would like to make the gift packs like a suitcase that my colleagues would bring for their exploration journey.
这个包装的灵感来自于行李箱。再加上行李箱贴纸的设计,我想把这个新人礼包的包装设计做成同事们在踏上探索旅程中要携带的行李箱。

The name card is designed in the concept of a passport. It is to help people get to know each other better and more quicker. On the card, each member of the company will create their own emoji character representing themselves. Some tags that can best describe their characteristic will be "stick" on the card as well. When introducing a new member, it functions as an ice breaker, making the first step easier.
名片是以护照的概念设计的。它是为了帮助人们更好、更快速地了解对方。在卡片上,公司的每个成员都有创建他们自己的emoji形象。一些最能描述他们特点的标签也会被 "贴 "在卡片上。 这样在介绍新成员时,它可以是破冰利器,使迈出第一步沟通更容易。

The introduction card is a quick introduction to the characteristics of the team and the department. It is designed as a "Welcome Arrival" card to welcome new members to the team.

The communication coupon is designed in the form of a boarding pass. It is designed for enhancing communication between members and make the interaction more interesting. There is also a system of rewards and penalties for the use of communication coupon. Each coupon has a base of three opportunities to be used. After each use, a "used" sticker is placed on the back of the coupon. However, if you do a good job, you can "revive" or "double" this opportunity, depending on the situation. If there is a penalty, the opportunity may be voided.
沟通券是以登机牌的形式设计,是为了加强成员之间的沟通,使互动更加有趣而设计的。沟通券的使用上还有一套奖罚制度。每张券都有基础的三次使用机会。每次使用后都会在券的后面贴上“已使用”的贴纸。但是如果在工作中有良好表现,可以视情况决定将这个机会“复活”或者“加倍”。如果有需要惩罚的时候,则机会有可能会被作废。

The planner is like a notebook included in the gift pack to facilitate the work of the members. It has three categories: weekly planning, daily planning and brainstorming.
工作计划本就是一本笔记本。它有三个类别:周计划、日计划和头脑风暴,给公司成员的工作提供便利。
